Fairpicture generally requires consents to be created using the real names of the people giving consent. - Personality protection and informed consent are both central elements of Fairpicture’s work, and they should not exclude one another. Using real names helps ensure that consents can be verified if needed and supports an important principle we want to uphold: every photographed person should be able to withdraw their consent if they wish. - At the same time, protecting the privacy of photographed persons is essential. Consents are not publicly accessible documents, and all parties involved are required to treat them confidentially. With the Fairpicture Consent App, consents are deleted from the Visual Creator’s device after the project and are stored securely only by Fairpicture and the client. - We are also working on encrypting both consent data and metadata.Until all of these measures are fully in place, we continue to do our best to balance consent and privacy protection with the tools currently available, and we are grateful for feedback that helps us improve. ### **Deutsch:** - Grundsätzlich nein. Mit der Fairpicture Consent App werden Consents nach dem Projekt vom Gerät der Bildschaffenden gelöscht und nur bei Fairpicture sowie beim Kunden geschützt gespeichert.Wir arbeiten zudem daran, sowohl Consent-Daten als auch Metadaten zu verschlüsseln. -
