# Client requires additional stock visual material
### **Client:**
Based on the insights from Fairstock, including a survey with 150 clients and creators, we offer the following conditions:
- A unit price of CHF 254 per picture.
- The pictures have not been published / sold previously and are in accordance with the Fairpicture consent and IPTC metadata guidelines.
- The copyright & right of use conditions remain the same as for the visuals produced in the course of our custom productions.
- The client commits themselves to buy a minimum of 2 pictures if stock photos should be delivered.
### ** VC:**
Please find here a summary of the conditions in regards to the submission of stock photos:
- All submitted photos need to be in accordance with our consent and IPTC metadata guidelines (find them in the Guidelines box on the right side of this screen).
- All submitted photos have not been published or sold elsewhere before and won't be in the future.

- A selection of photos will be uploaded to the following link: ***(create separate upload link, to be shared with client for selection)***The client then chooses which photos they would like to purchase out of this selection.
- You can invoice the number of purchased photos in your final invoice with the amount of EUR 170.00 per selected photo.
*--\> As a basis for negotiation--\> Also, in this case, the creator works (looks through database) and we work (organizing this) so this justifies the price even more (kind of custom stock offer).*
