# How to Create Your Test Account as a New Client
This guide is specifically for **B2B organizations that have shown interest in testing FairConsent** before deciding whether to move forward with a paid subscription.
It will show you how to create a **FairConsent test account**, so you can explore and test the FairConsent platform and app.
The test account can be used for **up to 3 months or less**. Once your testing period is complete, you can contact your Sales contact to convert your test account into a paid subscription.
### **Step 1: Create Your Account**
Open the [**Fairpicture sign-up page**](https://app.fairpicture.org/signup/?source=consent).
1. Enter your basic information:
2. First and last name
3. Work email address
4. Create a password.
5. Check the box confirming that you have read and agree to the **General Terms and Conditions** and **Privacy Policy**.
6. Click **“Create an account.”**

### **Step 2: Complete Your Organization Profile**
Next, complete your organization details.
1. Enter your organization name using the following format:
**\[Your Organization Name\] Test Organization**
2. Enter your organization’s:
3. Primary address
4. ZIP/postal code
5. City
6. Country
7. Website
8. Email address
9. Phone number
10. Select your organization category from the dropdown menu.
11. Click **“Register your organization.”**

### **Step 3: Set Up FairConsent**
Once you have access to the platform:
1. Select **“Setup FairConsent.”**

2. Scroll down and choose the **FairConsent Business Plan**.
3. Click **“Start Trial.”**

4. Enter your organization name and address.
5. Click **“Start Trial”** to continue.
### **Step 4: Explore the FairConsent Platform**
Once your organization is set up, click **“Consent Management”** from the left-hand menu.
Follow the **Getting Started** steps:
1. **Invite users:** Invite your Collectors, Managers, and Admins.
2. **Create a project:** Create a project where your team can collect consents.
3. **Check invitations:** Make sure your Collectors have accepted their invitations. If an invitation has expired, you can click on “**Resend Invitation”**
4. **Start collecting consents:** Once Collectors accept their invitations, they can access the app, collect consents under the project, and sync them to the platform.
**5. Give Managers and Admins app access:** Go to **“Users & Licenses,”** click the three dots next to the user’s name, and select **“Assign App License.”** They will receive an invitation to access the app and can then collect consents as well.
