# Leave Feedback in the FairConsent App
This article will guide you on how to share your feedback easily and directly through the **“Leave Feedback”** feature in the FairConsent app. Whether you have a suggestion, an issue, or simply want to tell us what you enjoyed, we'd love to hear from you!
The **Leave Feedback** feature is available to **all FairConsent users**, including:
- **Organization users**
- **Individual users**
- **Visual creators**
**Note: ** Make sure your FairConsent app is updated to **version 1.8.13 or later** to access this feature. [Learn how to update the FairConsent app](https://help.fairpicture.org/support/solutions/articles/101000540346?hsLang=en)
How to Leave Feedback
1. Open the **FairConsent app**.
2. Tap the **Settings** menu in the top-right corner.
3\. Scroll down and tap **“Help.”**
4\. Click "Report a problem".
5\. Choose the feedback category that best matches your experience, or select **“Something Else.”**
6\. Tap **Continue** and write your feedback.
1. Tap **Send** to submit your feedback.
That's it! Your feedback will be shared with our team. 🎉
### Why Does Your Feedback Matter?
Your feedback helps us understand your experience with FairConsent and identify what we can improve.
You can share:
- **Positive feedback** – Let us know what you enjoy or find useful.
- **Suggestions** – Tell us about features or improvements you'd like to see.
- **Challenges** – Let us know if something isn't working as expected.
- **General feedback** – Share anything else you'd like us to know.
