# At which point do I get my payment?
After completing production according to our post-production guidelines, you can upload your invoice. You receive an [**email notification**](https://help.fairpicture.org/support/solutions/articles/101000446152?hsLang=en) as soon as we file your invoice for payment. From that moment on, it can take up to 10 days until you receive your payment from that moment on. Please contact us using the **[Fairpicture only chat](https://help.fairpicture.org/support/solutions/articles/101000444025?hsLang=en)** if you don't receive your payment within 10 days.
