# What is a visual creator?
Visual creator is the name used at Fairpicture to describe the professional photographers and videographers in our network. These individuals are local to the region they work in and while following the creative brief from the client, they will identify clear stories that support that brief on the assignment.
Fairpicture visual creators help you tell stories with context. While they work with images, a key part of their role is providing information for these visuals that help you create clear stories within your communication.
