Poor organization (by creator or local partner)

MITIGATION:

structured brief, step-by-step walk-through for each party involved in an assignment

Creator not available

MITIGATION:

multiple creators per country or region

Poor response time

MITIGATION: fast response time by Fairpicture; curated network, regular relationship with same creators

Poor communication

MITIGATION: direct communication between creator, client and local contact person possible; moderation by Fairpicture project manager
