- The project chat messages are available in each project and include two channels.
- You can choose between two different channels:
You can chat with the Creator & Fairpicture, or with Fairpicture Only.
- In order to create a truly co-creative project, we encourage you to communicate directly with each other using the Creator & Fairpicture channel for everything concerning the project.
- The Fairpicture only channel is for issues that are relevant to the contract, concerning the platform, payment, or other concerns you would like Fairpicture's support with.
- Whenever possible, please use the project chats on the platform. In exceptional or emergency cases you can also contact us via projects@fairpicture.org.
