How a project with Fairpicture works for clients

 

  1. You submit a project request with the country and deliverables you require, as well as a time slot in which the project should take place.
  2. We review the request, estimate the scope of the assignment, and check the availability of a suitable Visual Creator from our network.
  3. Once the Visual Creator confirms his availability, we prepare and send you our offer for your review and acceptance.
  4. You review and accept the offer.
  5. You complete and submit the project brief using the briefing template on the platform.
  6. After the briefing has been reviewed and approved, the Visual Creator coordinates with the local contact and prepares the production.
  7. The Visual Creator carries out the assignment and uploads the material to the platform.
  8. Fairpicture reviews the material, including quality, metadata, and consent compliance, before sharing it with you for review.
  9. Once the material is approved, Fairpicture processes the payment to the Visual Creator and then issues and submits our invoice for payment.
  10. The project is completed, and both you and the Visual Creator can provide feedback on the collaboration.
