What if our project will require a production in two or more countries?
Even if all the images or footage will be used for the same final project (e.g. brand video), you will need to submit one project request per production country.
To simplify your workflow, you can use the same 'Project summary' description in your request. Please make sure your dates and location are accurate.
When do we have to define which destination(s) the visual creator will visit?
Since this affects the contractual framework of the assignment, this needs to be determined before you accept the offer. If there is more than one destination, the offer changes accordingly (more travel days, more production and post-production days), and the visual creator must also be able to plan more time.
