Can I do a briefing call with the creator?

You can of course organise a video call with the visual creator to discuss the brief. However, it's important that you still fill in the brief thoughtfully and plan enough time for the visual creator to give feedback. A subsequent video call supplements the brief and is not a substitute for a thorough written brief.
