Download of the image material

1- Where can I see the image material?

  • You can see and access the image material using the View visual material button under Media Files on your project page. Please make sure to download all the material as soon as possible.

2- I get an error message when I try to download the image material.

  • Please try downloading the image material using another browser. If it still does not work, please send us a screen recording to projects@fairpicture.org which clearly shows at what point the error happens.

 3- How long can I access the image material for?

  • All of your photos will be available on our platform for one year, and videos for six months. We kindly recommend downloading and securely storing your files as soon as possible.

Please note that if the delivered materials exceed 5 GB, they may need to be archived and removed from the platform after one month. As a result, they may no longer be directly accessible on the platform.
Once removed from the platform, the image material is archived. Contact us if you need access to archived material: info@fairpicture.org .
