1- How and where do I upload the visual material?

You can upload all your visual materials directly through the platform using the "Upload visual material" button located in the action box at the top of your project page.

To complete your upload, simply follow these steps:

A. Open the Portal:

  • Click the "Upload visual material" button, which will automatically open your project's designated Canto upload space.

B. Submit Your Media:

  • Drag and drop your files directly into the window, or click the + Upload Files button to select them from your device.

C. Verify Compliance:

  • Once your files are fully uploaded and checked, return to the platform and click the "Complete project" button in the action box to finalize the process.

2- My Canto Upload doesn't work

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Is a pop-up blocker active? Since a metadata window appears during the upload, pop-ups must be allowed for the page.
  • Does the same error occur with another browser?
  • If the error occurs very often, it may be caused by an incorrect time setting on the PC. Please make sure that the time is set correctly on the device on which you are uploading.
