I forgot / was not able to get some consents on-site

  • Fairpicture will only accept photographs or videos that comply with our Informed Consent Guidelines.
  • If you forgot or were not able to get some consents on-site, please try to get them in retrospect via local partners by sending them the Fairpicture Consent Form PDF. You can find this here under "How to prepare yourself".
  • All people have the right to decide whether or not they want pictures of themselves or personal information to be published. Therefore, we require a declaration of consent whenever a person (including children) is clearly identifiable in a photograph or video, also when several identifiable people are included in one picture.
  • When it comes to children, consent must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian, since minors cannot provide legal consent themselves. Our Fairpicture Consent App makes this process easier for you.
