# Invoicing details
When preparing your invoice, you have the option to use[our invoice template](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EK9uvalgfoG863_G5kLcuPXb3jT8NgdL2-wwKTXWAM4) or create your own invoice. If you choose to create your own invoice, please ensure that you include all the required information listed below.
You also receive an email notification with the required invoicing details and the specific number of days for invoicing once the client has accepted the visual material.
** Invoicing details:**
- **Your address:**Full address, including country, email, phone number
- **Client address:**Fairpicture AG; Brunnmattstrasse 21 3007 Bern; Switzerland
- **Project reference**
- **Number of photo-/videographer days\*daily rate**
- **Number of cinematographer days\*daily rate**
- **Number of pre- and postproduction days\*daily rate**
- **Number of assistant days\*daily rate**
- **Number of travel days\*daily rate**
- **Small expenses (lump sum) for production and travel days\*daily rate**
- **Travel and accommodation expenses**: Additional expenses for travel, accommodation, or COVID-19 prevention material. Please note, receipts are needed!
- **Your bank details:** Full name of bank account holder (your name); Your address; Account number/IBAN; Full name of the bank; Bank address; SWIFT code; Account currency. We try to transfer the funds in your account currency to reduce transaction costs.
- **Payoneer:** If you’d like to get paid via [Payoneer](https://www.payoneer.com/in/customers/freelancers/) (recommended for fast payments), please share your Payoneer email address.
