Uploading consents to the Fairpicture platform ensures they are properly synced and ready for project completion. Please note that this step requires an internet connection. Follow these steps to upload your consents:
Steps to Upload Consents
1. Open the Project Overview
2. Finalize Consent Collection
- Ensure all consents have been recorded.
- If you need to add more consents, tap “Record new consent”.
- Note: This is the last chance to edit the recorded consents.

3. Checkout & Upload
- Tap “Checkout & Upload” in the project overview.
4. Confirm Upload
- A confirmation prompt will appear:
“Do you want to finish and upload the project?” - Tap “Yes” to proceed.
- Note: All recorded data will be deleted from the app after your confirmation.
5. Upload to Fairpicture Platform
- The consents will automatically sync with the Fairpicture platform if you scanned the required QR code at the beginning of the project.

6. Complete the Process on the Platform
- Log into the Fairpicture platform to download the consent forms.
- Upload the consent forms, along with the visual content, via the Upload Link provided on the Fairpicture platform.
