How the Platform Works
The FairConsent Platform is built around a centralized workflow:
- Owners, Admins or Managers create projects on the platform
- Collectors are assigned to projects
- Collectors access projects through the app
- Consents are recorded in the field
- Collectors upload the consents sync back to the platform
- Organizations review, manage, and export consent records centrally

Sign up as a client
To start using the FairConsent Platform:
- Create an account through the platform signup page
- Choose a suitable subscription for your organization
- Configure your organization settings
- Invite users and assign roles
- Create projects and assign collectors
User & License Management
Navigate to Users & Licenses to manage your organization’s users and app access.
The platform supports different user roles, including:
- Owners
- Admins
- Managers
- Collectors
Using the app requires an assigned seat/license.

Centralized Consent Project (CCP)
The platform now supports Centralized Consent Projects, allowing Admins, Owners, and Managers to create and manage projects directly from the platform.
With CCP organizations can:
- Create projects in the platform
- Assign projects to one or multiple collectors
- Standardize project naming and setup
- Track project activity more efficiently
- Improve oversight across field operations
Once a project is assigned, collectors receive an email invitation and can access the project directly through the FairConsent app. This creates a more controlled and organized workflow compared to collector-created projects.
Centralized Consent Management
The platform acts as a secure central repository for all uploaded consent records.
Organizations can:
- View uploaded consents
- Search and organize records
- Download consent
- Review project activity
- Integrate FariConsent platform with your organisation DAM to sync the uploaded consent
N.B.: Consents only appear on the platform after collectors upload them from the app.
Consent Terms & App Settings

- Create/Upload your custom consent terms
- Configuring metadata mapping
