FairConsent provides a standard set of animated visuals that can be added to consent terms. These visuals help explain consent terms simply and visually, allowing the consent giver to better understand the information before accepting and providing consent to the collector. Using visuals alongside text or audio can significantly improve consent giver understanding and engagement when reviewing consent terms.

Adding Consent Terms
When adding new consent terms, you can include up to 25 visual slides along with text or audio.

Adding Captions to Visuals
You can optionally add captions to explain each visual slide.
To add a caption:
Click on the visual slide individually.
Write the caption in the “Caption for Slide” field below the visual.
Adding Multiple Languages
FairConsent allows you to provide captions in multiple languages.
To do this:
Add languages in the Translation Languages field.
Enter the caption for each language separately.
This ensures that consent information is accessible to users in their preferred language.
Inclusive Visual Representation
To promote inclusivity and equality, FairConsent provides a variety of visual scenes featuring different characters, including:
Men and women
Light, medium, and dark skin tones
Organizations can select the visuals that best align with their audience and preferences.
