Integrate FairConsent with Google Drive

This article explains how to integrate your FairConsent account with Google Drive to automatically sync collected consents to your organization’s Drive asset library.

Prerequisites:

• Make sure you have admin access to your Drive instance.

Step 1: Go to Integrations

1. Log in to your FairConsent Platform
2. From the left menu, navigate to Consent Management → Integrations.
3. In the integrations list, find Google Drive and click Configure.

Step 2: Specify your organization's email

1. Select your organization

• Choose your organisation email address name from the list and click to continue.

2. Grant access to Google Drive

• You will be prompted to sign in to your Google account.
• Click "Allow" to grant FairConsent permission to access your Google Drive. (See Figure (1))

3. Choose a Folder

• Select an existing folder where your files will be stored. (See Figure (2))

Note: It’s recommended to create a dedicated folder for FairConsent to keep all consent-related files organized and easy to manage.
